Beyond DJing, John’s musical talent flourished. With a voice inherited from his mother, he pursued singing, honing his vocal skills and forging a unique path of his own.
In 1983, he started providing background vocals for Latin club artists in New York City, becoming immersed in the vibrant Latin music scene. His rich voice and natural sense of harmony quickly made him a sought-after artist.
As time passed, John’s ambition to create his own music intensified. In 2000, he made a significant move by building his first recording studio in his garage. This modest yet vital space marked the beginning of his music production career, allowing John to refine his production skills, experiment with sounds, and develop a distinctive style that would later resonate with fans around the globe.
